This sounds good, I may try this one.

Honey-Orange Glazed Ham

2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1 (8 pound) fully cooked whole ham

DIRECTIONS
Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Stir the orange juice, cinnamon, clove, and honey together in a small bowl; set aside. Stir in almond extract if desired.
Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove the ham from the oven, and baste with the honey glaze. Return to the oven; continue cooking until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F (60 degrees C), about 45 minutes longer. Baste occasionally as the ham finishes baking

hamburgers on the grill and a bag of chips, perfect.

I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather. Not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car

Lamb is a tradition in our family to have at Easter as well as ham. Here is a classic recipe for leg of lamb:

1 leg of lamb (usually between 5-7 lbs)
5 - 8 cloves of garlic sliced
3 tbs chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 tsp salt
1/4 -1/2 tsp pepper
1 jar of Mint Jelly

Preheat oven to 325 f degrees. Use a knife to make little pockets all over the leg to slide the slices of garlic into. Rub salt and pepper into the lamb. Set lamb on a rack fat side up in roasting pan. Sprinkle rosemary leaves across the top. Roast in oven 30-35 minutes per pound. Internal temperature for rare is 135 f, meduim-rare 145 f, medium 155 f, and well done 165 f. Make sure if you use a thermometer, for the probe not to touch the bone in order to get an accurate reading. It is also important not to overcook lamb so it is best if it stays a little pink inside. Juice in the bottom of the pan can be used to make gravy but skim some of the fat off first. Lamb is traditionally served with Mint Jelly.
In seed time learn, in harvest teach, in winter enjoy. William Blake

My Grandma used to make lamb with the mint jelly. It was so good! She also made a gravy with it, I could never choose between the gravy and mint jelly so I always had both. Thanks for that recipe!
