I know yankeez can relate to this.
I was just down at the sweetbays getting a few things, in line at the register was an older woman ( i must be carefull about that term I am 64) she put her things on the belt and moved up the casher rangup the stuff and bagged it,as the lady was picking up the bags she started to complain loudly to the casher that one bag was to heavy.lol there was only one item in the bag how nuts is that?and to top it off she had to have put it up on the belt.everyone in line was getting a good chuckle.I could never be a casher,I would have to just reach out and touch someone. |

only needed 2 items and it is only a mile from my house.we use it like a 7-11 go there when it is 1 or 2 things.

Yep, how about the people getting checked-out that keep needing one more thing when they check out, 'oh I need a lottery ticket, and then oh, I need cigarettes, oh, and on and on. I just want to push them out of the way with my cart and say 'Time's up!'

what thread? I can't find anything other than the crab I saw yesterday.shows there stupid,thinking that person is me.I may have to sign back on and provide them with some facts.but then again the truth is some thing they know nothing about. |

The cigarette thing really irks me. They should make them stop at the counter and buy them after they have paid for their groceries instead of making the other customers wait while someone goes to get the cigarettes.

Wold, it's gone!! I just went thru the posts and it has poofed!, They had mentioned seeing you in sweetbay and of course they were real nice
Maybe somebody got banned and so did their posts or they deleted it themselves after reading this.

no I didn't see him there but of course that store is a little pricey for him now that he spent all his money at beef o brady's.
he shops for grocerys at that church on lee blvd that hands out free bags of food on saturdays.

Good for you Wold, I think more of us should open up over there again and let the innocent people that read that forum know that LA is not ran by or should be ran by one particular group of people. I worry that they will get influenced by scare tactics and that $$ signs is all they see and believe. |
