Frank La Rosa a member of the LACPC and elected onto the Lee Memorial Hospital Board requires he be addressed as Honorable Frank La Rosa? Why?

Today I was at one of Lee County's local hospitals and noticed Frank La Rosa's picture on the wall with his name below it. The Lee Memorial Health System does NOT recognize him as "Honorable." So you must ask yourself, why is it so important for Frank require the LACPC refer to him as "Honorable?"

Kind of reminds me of the character on Seinfeld who was the conductor of the Policeman's Benevolent Association Orchestra and insisted that he be called “Maestro.” 

That character was a pompous Azz.
