I am driving around in Lehigh Acres today, and notice these teeny-weeny blue signs. I had to drive by them 3 times to be able to read them.

It said "Tyler" on them. I immediately got on my cell phone, called Code Enforcement since they are posted in violation of county ordinance.

She told me she would send an inspector to the sight right away.

He wants to be elected into office, but yet he cannot follow our laws and ordinances. This is NOT Vietnam!

If you see these signs, pick up your phone and dial 344-5895. These signs were located in the "right of way".

I saw them also. I couldn't read them either. All I got was the name Tyler on them. They were not set up by someone that knew what they were doing. Too many little signs taking up a small area. IMO, it's a safety hazard to people trying to read them. With so many located at the intersection, I thought it was an eye-sore.

I guess the staff didn't do a good job on researching the laws for campaign signage.

Yes it can be. Also, CE will pick up the signs which will cost the candidate replacing these signs.

What's the law regarding this? I only saw his big sign and a handful of little ones at Lee Blvd/Leeland Heights.

I am glad to see Code Enforcement took action and removed all those illegal "Tyler" signs.

Now if they would just remove Tyler, then Lehigh would be a much better place! And have them remove Robert Anderson also.
