"oops my *ss.. was this a crash? did the driver get a ticket for reckless driving..if he didn't he should....he is supposed to be a professional driver ....but then they aren't required to get the cdl like anybody else if that would have to drive that size vehicle....they should take all the tests the general public must take...if the frame is bent they can get it fixed...no need to p@@@ away money on a new truck because of negligence"

also

"MAYBE THE DRIVER HAD AN EGG ROLL IN HIS HAND FROM JAN-BO,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,HEY WHERE IS THE P.R. GUY PATRICK COMER WHO MAKES A $100,OO0.00 A YEAR,,,,,MUST HAVE WEEKENDS OFF"

Oh Robert any one who knows that area would say the same thing I am about too. Look at how wide the road is and how big the trucks are. And by the DOT and law You are not required to have a CDL to drive a Fire truck unless its a ladder truck. And be for you start talking about peoples driving record lets not forget yours I see you have a speeding issue. Would you like to explain that to the public. And as far as I can tell no public relations people are needed for this issue Chief Adams did a fine job handling it.

You are really late on this post. A thread has already been started.

Um, that's because you don't own a 500K vehicle, I believe.

Has it been proven the accident was "do" to negligence?

And why is this considered a "funny" story?  I drove by there around 12:30 and everyone looked pretty sad.  As a matter of fact, it looked like the Chief who was directing traffic.

Fact 1 no other vechicle involoved

Fact 2 there was no way any fire truck would have made that corner .... why try?

Fact 3 why not drive through parking lot up to main entrance and exit to shopping center and use that one

Fact 4 the engineer is the driver and is responsible period

Support or no support that’s not the issue;  the facts are I bet the Chief will bury this issue some place.

I fail to see the humor in it.  How old is he again?

Lets see 07431995's Date of Birth is 4-5-1966 that would make him something like 42 years old.

Anderson, I didn't know you were also an automotive crash investigator. Were you on the accident scene taking measurements and surveying the scene? As usual you know nothing about anything. Except how to steal from employers. But you got caught so you aren't any good at that either. LOL

More information on the truck. I also personally know the Firefighter who was the driver, and have worked with him.

He is very professional in his duties, and takes his job serious. I will be glad when this is all resolved, and he is back to work.

A “couple of tickets,” huh?

How about “Unlawful Speed” in June of 2002; “Unlawful Speed” in June of 2003; “Unlawful Speed” in August of 2004; “Unlawful Speed” in October of 2005; “Refused to Obey Traffic Laws” in May of 2006; “Driving Vehicle in Unsafe Condition” in May of 2008?

The only thing “funny” here is the thought of you making any comment at all concerning the driving abilities of others.

Apparently, not only do you like to rod on the “Fatmobile,” you like to do so in an unsafe vehicle.

It is careless idiots like you on the road that I worry about more than this EV driver.
