You are not alone, I started to lose pressure around 1025am and no water about 1100am. Tried to call FGUA, either their lines WERE BUSY or they took the phones off the hook. I also called the Sub Station and got, we don't know what your talking about, we haven't heard anything about no water.
After repeated tries to FGUA, called WINK NEWS and spoke to Holly Wagner and she said they would see what they could find out, also called News-Star and they informed me that a contractor broke the water main in the complex behind them...... And FGUA stated it happened at noon today.
My only hope with the next water bill is they go after the contractor to pay for the lost water, and not add it on to our bill.....I will answer that with YEAH RIGHT YOUR DREAMING
